Dental implants Maple Ridge patients trust start with a precise plan. At Maple Ridge Square Dentistry and Implant Clinic, every implant is planned using CT imaging and a custom surgical guide, so placement is accurate and your recovery is as predictable as possible
Dr. Paymon Mousavi completed advanced implant surgery training at the University of Michigan and performs implant placement in-house; you’re not referred out to a separate surgeon. One team, one clinic, continuity of care from consultation through your final crown.
Step 1: Initial Consultation
we evaluate your oral health, jawbone density, and candidacy using CT imaging.
Step 2: Guided Implant Placement
using your custom surgical guide, the titanium post is placed with precision. Most patients return to normal activity within a few days.
Step 3: Restoration with Crown
after osseointegration (typically 3–6 months), we attach your custom crown.
A single dental implant with crown starts at $2,500, including CT planning and your surgical guide. We offer a payment plan for dental implants — ask us about options during your consultation. The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) covers exams and hygiene, not implant procedures — we’ll walk you through your coverage and out-of-pocket costs before any treatment begins.
Most healthy adults with adequate jawbone density are candidates — we confirm this at your CT-guided consultation.
The procedure is done under local anesthesia; most patients report mild discomfort managed with over-the-counter pain relief.
With proper care, implants can last decades — often a lifetime.
CDCP covers exams and hygiene only. Many private insurance plans partially cover implants — we'll help you check your benefits.
Most healthy adults missing one or more teeth are good candidates for dental implants, but a few factors matter most: adequate jawbone density to support the implant, healthy gums free of active periodontal disease, and overall health conditions like diabetes or smoking well-managed enough to support healing. If bone loss has already occurred, a bone graft may be recommended before implant placement to build a stable foundation. We’ll discuss this during your CT-guided consultation if it applies to you. Age isn’t a barrier on its own; we’ve successfully placed implants for patients well into their 70s and 80s, provided their overall oral and general health support the procedure. The best way to know for certain is a consultation: we’ll review your dental history, take CT imaging of your jaw, and walk you through a personalized treatment plan built around your specific goals.
The goal of our clinic is to provide friendly, caring dentistry and highest level of general, cosmetic, and specialist dental treatments.
